No food to be left in refrigerator, in the oven, or on the stove at checkout. All trash to be put in trash bags and left on the side of the home. No grease, tampons, or paper towels are to be poured or flushed anywhere in the unit. The cost of unclogging will be borne by the guest. No towels or comforters are to be left or thrown on the floor. The cost of Comforters is $10, and towels are $4 if you request one in advance. Do not take any items with you at the end of your stay. That includes Comforters and towels. No dishes are to be left in the sink or in the rooms.
