Standard Rate Plan This rate plan is our basic plan and it is as follows Short-Term Rentals Uptown Escape. $400 with no clean up fee Long Island Breeze $ 280 with a $100 clean up fee West Babylon Bliss. $280 with a clean up fee Long-Term Rental Brooklyn Beehive. $159 with a $150 clean up fee B. Non-refundable Plan This plan offers a 10% discount on the Standard rate plan. C. Star Review Plan We give a 5% discount on the next reservation made within 90 days of the last one when you give a 5 star review. D. The Repeat Booking plan On the 3rd reservation made and paid for within a 6 month period we give a 5% discount. Reservations are based on who paid and made the reservation, family or employees with a particular company can't combine reservations to obtain a discount. E. Foreign travelers discount offers a 5% discount with proof of flight ticket within 2 weeks of arrival of check=in with us. Extended Stay Discounts 1. Weekly Discount: Offer a 5-7% discount for stays longer than 7 days. 2. Work-from Worthy pads stay deal: Work remote with discounts for weekly or monthly bookings and fast Wi-Fi. 3. Bring a new client: We offer guests a 5% discount on their next stay if they refer a friend who books by February. 2. Repeat Guest Perks: If you stay with us 5 times with a minimum 2 day stay in 2025 you get one day free
