Smoking is permitted outside back deck or front of the unit. 2. No parties or large gatherings. 3. Clean up behind yourself and take out garbage please Alcohol Use: 7. Responsible alcohol use is allowed, but excessive drinking or illegal activities are not permitted. 8. Restricted Areas: 1. No access to restricted areas is permitted. 2. No access to Supply Closets is permitted. How to Use the Amenities  Heating/Air Conditioning: Controlled by visitors  TV/Streaming Services: Remote located near the tv in a wall holder or on beds.  Kitchen Appliances: Instructions for coffee maker, oven, etc. in drawer in kitchen  Laundry: Provided by 3rd party for pick up or drop off. Host will give info upon check in.
